    Fees include all day access to the event, British Sign Language Interpreter access, available conference papers, buffet lunch and refreshments. Ticket also includes beautiful goody pattern canvas bag full of goodies. All presentation will be provided to the attendants on memory sticks. At the end of the event you will be awarded a certificate of attendance. Fees do not include travel or accommodation.

    Your booking is guaranteed on completion of the online booking form and is subject to the below Cancellation Policy.

    100% refund if cancellation is made by the 1st of January 2016.
    50% refund if cancellation is made by the 1st February 2016.
    No refund will be given for cancellations made after the 2nd of February 2016 or for non attendance on the day.
